Refund & Returns Policy
Participant Cancellation – In the event that you have registered and paid for the conference and can no longer attend, we will only offer a refund for your ticket if you inform us on or prior to Thursday 15th January 2026 at 4:00 PM. Please note that we will not refund tickets if requests are made on or after Wednesday 19th January 2026. Please note that proof of purchase will be required to initiate a refund request. Refunds will be processed within 2 to 40 working days of receiving your request.
Conference Cancellation – If the conference is cancelled for reasons beyond our control, please note that we will offer a full refund for the price of your ticket. Please note that proof of purchase will be required to support the process. Refunds will be processed within 2 to 40 working days.
